Do you provide International delivery?

International Priority Shipping usually takes 7-21 days. You are responsible for all customs & duties fee.

How do I return an item?

Styles By Sapphire offers returns for Store Credit ONLY. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase to receive store credit. You will receive a coupon code, which will be your first name as the code.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email from USPS.COM with tracking number and information . Once your order has shipped, give usps.com at least a day to update their shipping information.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted we are not able to change or cancel the order . However if you call within one hour of your purchase, we may be able to cancel the entire order so you can start over.  Our representatives can be reached Mon-Fri 9A-5p at
